Kyle Young created ADUplexLA to provide expertise to Los Angeles real estate investors underserved in the world of multi-family accessory dwelling units. With the California state laws and local Los Angeles building codes changing constantly, investors cannot simply rely on basic architecture and design firms to deliver the best product for maximizing rental income and minimizing build cost. This is exactly what ADUplexLA does.
Owning and operating over half a dozen ADU units in Los Angeles himself, Kyle was an early mover in 2020 when the new laws came into effect allowing multi-family ADUs. Pairing this ownership and development with Kyle’s extensive property management experience ADUplexLA is able to provide superior guidance to it’s clients through creative and strategic design.
Kyle resides in Westchester with his wife and 2 children in their home (with an ADU, of course!).
